Yes it is still possible to train Muay Thai while pregnant, but like with any kind of exercise it has to be (1st) modified for safety and (2nd) approved by a qualified physician. Sparring and clinchwork need to be eliminated completely since strikes to the midsection are unavoidable in these two aspects of training. Pad work and bag work should be fine to do as long as jumping techniques are avoided and pad holders are qualified instructors that are experienced enough to remember not to strike to the midsection. Again whatever modified training regimen you come up with should be discussed with a qualified physician before engaging in it.
