PRESENTS: THE MICRO BALANCE BREAKING SYSTEM

Finally, A proven system to make you an elite clincher in a fraction of the time

Even if you didn’t start muay thai at 7 years old – Guaranteed

Let’s Face It: Trying to Get to the Next Level in Muay Thai SUCKS.. There are 3 problems with the way most of us train Muay Thai that makes it suck so hard:

  1. It’s not nearly efficient enough. – Too often it feel like no matter how hard you’re training, your level stays almost the same.
  2. It’s way too random. – A random technique one day, a different strategy another day …you can absolutely get better this way, but it takes a lot more time than it has to.
  3. We get beat up too much before it clicks. – It’s true that you have to be the “nail” before you can be the “hammer”, but most of us spend way more time being the nail than we have to.

There’s a better way.

Dear Fellow Muay Thai Practitioner

Top Muay Thai fighters RIP through their competition with ease. When I was still a newbie amateur fighter I always wondered HOW. How did they make it look so easy? I trained hard every week. I worked tirelessly on fine tuning my striking technique and was constantly trying to increase my leg speed and develop KO power in my knees. …but when I watched fighters like Malaipet and compared them to me, my Muay Thai didn’t cut it. The top Muay Thai fighter at our gym when I started was a guy named Deonte. Compared to him, my Muay Thai still didn’t cut it. …I almost thought I’d never figure out why. Sound familiar? What’s the difference between you and top Muay Thai fighters?

Why does it seem like the best Muay Thai fighters possess cleaner technique, more power and speed, and a higher understanding of fight strategy than you?

Yodsanklai doesn’t kick the same way most people are taught to kick. If he did he wouldn’t be able to devastate people with his left leg like nobody else can.

Robin van Roosmalen doesn’t punch like everyone was taught to punch. If he did he wouldn’t drop everybody like a sack of potatoes every time he laid his hands on them.

It’s obvious that there’s something different about what the top guys are doing, but even when you study fights it’s tough to see exactly what that is.

When I was beginning my Muay Thai journey and starting to hit plateaus, seeing these guys do these things that I couldn’t yet do was extremely frustrating. It took me years before I figured out how to break through it.

SHOCKING FACTS YOU’LL DISCOVER IN THE MICRO BB SYSTEM…

What’s holding you back?

It can be extremely frustrating when you feel like you’re working hard but still can’t see any improvement in your technique, sparring sessions or fights.

The good thing is, you are not alone!

There are thousands (if not more) Muay Thai practitioners who are in a similar situation as you are and looking to break through these barriers.

And let’s face it, top level professionals and world champions have a lot of help to keep breaking through to the next level.

They’ve got dedicated strength and conditioning coaches, dieticians, and the best Muay Thai fight analysts reviewing their opponents matches and their own training sessions day after day. Not to mention that they’ve got the best Muay Thai coaches in the world paying attention to them and only them (not trying to focus on an entire Muay Thai class). …that’d probably be nice, huh?

Just remember: even top level pros don’t get this help for free!

A world class level Muay Thai coach is going to run about $140/hr. A strength and conditioning coach that has any skill is going to be no less than $85/hr. A personal dietician will be about another $35/hr. Let’s look at the numbers: A Typical week of hard training is 3 days of one-on-one with the Thai coach, 3 days with the strength coach, 6 days doing bag work/ running/ clinching/ sparring, and 1x a week with a dietician to check up on and adjust your weekly meal plan based on performance/ weight.

That’s $710 a week.

The way A-class pros can afford this is by agreeing to pay later from the money they win in their fights. Training like this can really fast-track your progress in Muay Thai and get you to another level.

The problem is that most of us can’t afford to pay $710/wk “out of pocket” in training expenses.

What do they know that you don’t?

You’re obviously a dedicated practitioner and we have no doubt that you are training hard, researching the best information and then trying to implement it all into your training… but you still feel like you aren’t making any dramatic improvements or getting any closer to your martial arts goals.

Is it your training? Is it your mindset? Are you working hard enough? Smart enough? Are you even using the right techniques and methods that are truly going to sharpen your striking skills?

In Muay Thai there’s the common saying, “First you crawl, then you walk, then you run.” The problem is: How do you know that you’re doing the right things to make sure you don’t end up crawling forever?

The Micro BB System is an online course available for instant access. You can view it on your computer or your favorite phone or tablet.

Not all of us are fortunate enough to have the tools necessary for improving our fight game so we can become an absolute BEAST in training and in the ring…

UNTIL NOW!

Learn from me and I’ll show you my best secrets…

…that allowed me to win the WBC WORLD title from a Thai veteran with over 200 fights when I had less than 20 fights!

My name is Chike “Vicious Croc” Lindsay. I’m a Professional Muay Thai fighter, 8x champion and veteran of multiple fight camps in Thailand.

I’m the founder of ‘Ask Chike’: the top online program for Muay Thai and I’m proud to say I’ve helped thousands of nak muay reach their fight and fitness goals. For over a decade I’ve also been a coach to a number of Muay Thai practitioners and fighters.

I’ve fought legends like Somluck Khamsing, Yodsanklai Fairtex, Malaipet Sasiprapa, and Matee “Dragon Leg” Jedeepitak (beating all of them except Yod). In addition I’ve trained in Thailand with legends like Samart Payakaroon (now known as Samart Poptheeratham) and Sangtiennoi “the Deadly Kisser”.

I’m proud that it’s already helped hundreds of Muay Thai practitioners just like you.

My mission is to spread all of my fight experience and knowledge to as many passionate practitioners as I can so that we all can improve as one whole community. …but just sharing my best secrets isn’t enough, I also want to get rid of the mistakes that could be holding you back.

3 Most Common Mistakes Muay Thai Athletes Make That Hold Them Back From Becoming A Deadly Striker…

…and How To Avoid Them

I lost my very first amateur fight.

It sucked.

I trained my ass of for that fight and I was super confident, but I still didn’t get the win. I went back to the gym and trained harder than ever, but first I took the time to ask “Why?” “What were my mistakes?” I got them corrected and got back in the ring and won my next fight by KO in 36 seconds of the first round. I owe a lot of my success throughout my entire career to being forced to ask what mistakes I was making so early.

Just like everybody else, I thought I was special and unique.

I thought my problems were completely unique. I WAS WRONG.

Over the years through talking with coaches, fighters, and casual Muay Thai students from all around the world I realized something that I probably should have suspected all along. Most of us were making (or had at one point been making) the SAME MISTAKES. As a matter of fact out of all the mistakes that were identified, 3 of them were consistent among over 91% of everyone surveyed.

Lack Of Technical Skills/Knowledge – What type of techniques and tactics will make the difference in me dominating sparring sessions and winning fights?

Doing What Everyone Else Does – Is there a good reason for the training I do, or am I just doing it because it’s easier to follow everyone else?

Not Being Shown The BEST Training Methods and Drills – How do I train effectively and efficiently enough to make sure I’m getting optimal results?

Identifying these 3 mistakes is one of the big reasons why I had so much success after my rocky start. Let’s take a DEEPER look at these 3 most common mistakes that Muay Thai practitioners make. If you attack these 3 barriers head on then you can dramatically accelerate your results and save you a lot of time and heartache.

Common Mistake #1: Lack Of Technical Skills/Knowledge

It’s not that you haven’t been learning the right skills, it might be because you haven’t learned how they are APPLIED to your training and sparring sessions.

Do you feel uncomfortable sparring against more experienced training partners? Or are you confused to why the things you’ve been training everyday aren’t working in a fight? Do you struggle learning what type of setups, combinations and counters are most effective and damaging to your opponents?

You Are Not Alone.

The number one barrier that most Muay Thai athletes face is understanding what tactics, strategies and technical skills are the most effective in the context of a fight. Or maybe you (like most Muay Thai practitioners) understand the tactics, but have trouble IMPLEMENTING them into your sparring sessions or fights…

It Can Be Extremely Demoralizing.

When you feel like you’re doing everything right but it’s just not working when everything is on the line, it can be damn right defeating. If you have no one guiding you and explaining to you how to utilize these technical skills, you could very easily pick up bad habits and get beat up because of them. You

Have To Train and THINK Completely Different Than Your Opponents.

There are key details about how to improve your fight kills and technical knowledge so you become the fighter everyone is worried about getting knee’d in the face by… and we’ll get to those details later.

Common Mistake #2: Doing What Everyone Else Does

You can’t be extraordinary by doing what everyone else does.

You have to think differently. You have to train differently.

As a Muay Thai enthusiast you probably work on all 8 limbs… but one of the most neglected areas of Muay Thai is CLINCHING.

If you’re able to dominate all clinching exchanges, rag-doll all your opponents whenever you grab them, and intimidate them with vicious KO power in your knees, then you’ll have a HUGE advantage over almost everyone you face in sparring sessions or in a fight. Don’t you want to be the fighter that everyone is afraid to face?

By developing your clinching skills you’ll be able to dominate your opponents due to the fact that most other Muay Thai athletes neglect improving their clinching and focus almost solely on their punches and kicks. And of course learning how to punch and kick properly and with power is important, but almost every Nak Muay will have a good punching and kicking game… but what they won’t have is lightning fast knees and deadly power in the clinch.

If you’re not improving your clinch, you can expect to be a tossed around like a little girl by anyone you face.

In the program you’re about to be shown you’ll learn all the tools and tactics that high level Muay Thai fighters use to develop ridiculous power and speed with their knees.fighter everyone is worried about getting knee’d in the face by… and we’ll get to those details later.

Common Mistake #3: Not Being Shown The BEST Training Methods and Drills

Are you the BEST you could POSSIBLY BE at the Muay Thai clinch right now?

…most people aren’t and that’s not because they’re not training hard. It’s because it’s very difficult to know what type of training methods and drills will yield the best results in terms of improving knee strike power, positional awareness in the clinch and, overall technical abilities.

One of the most challenging elements of being a serious Muay Thai practitioner is picking and choosing the BEST and most effective methods of training that will turn you into an absolute BEAST.

Fortunately, I’ve trained with world class coaches and competed all over the world where I learned what the best drills, techniques and training methods are so you don’t have to sort and sift through all the useless ones.

From the beginner all the way to professional fighters, we all face the same difficulties when it comes to finding the most efficient, beneficial drills to build our striking skills.

You are literally training to FIGHT someone, so you must know the best ways to train if you want to win and dominate anyone who is put in front of you. And no matter how hard you workout, how many sessions you train or how many rounds you spar, if you’re not training the right way you will NOT see the improvements you’re hoping for…

There 2 things these three mistakes all have in common:

1.) The vast majority of Muay Thai practitioners are making them every day.
2.) Your favorite fighter does not make them.

Nobody Said You Have to Let Your Favorite Fighter Be Better Than You..

Imagine You At Your Best. Imagine Your Thai Clinch Skills Being More Explosive, Powerful, Fast And Deadly Than Ever Before.

Just think how it will feel if you were told the exact drills, techniques, strategies and combinations you need to do in order to improve your Thai clinch skills so you can dominate any combat sport you participate in.

AND… having champion caliber tactics taught by a legitimate word class fighter who practices what he preaches and uses these EXACT same training methods in his fight camps all around the world.

How about if you possessed KO power in your knees, inhuman clinch strength and technical prowess that will impress your training partners and coaches AND instill fear into your future opponents.

Imagine heading to the training (or a fight) knowing you have the skills, knowledge and confidence to defeat anyone, anytime, anywhere.

How are you going to feel when you look in the mirror and know with 100% confidence you have the Muay Thai and clinching skills to handle the toughest opponents?

And what about the endless amount of knowledge you’ll gain and be able to share with your training partners or students so that everyone around you can benefit from your new skill set? Wouldn’t that feel incredible? You don’t have to JUST imagine. That’s why I created this brand new Muay Thai clinching system…

So, What is the Micro Balance Breaking System?

This isn’t a video course with a couple random drills and basic technique videos. It’s also not a bunch of moves taught by someone who’s never had any true high-level Muay Thai fights.

The Micro Balance Breaking (MicroBB) System is a Muay Thai clinching system I developed by thinking differently. It’s a system that I proved in the ring against the best fighters in the world and bled to perfect.

It’s basically a system of clinching that’s based on keeping your opponent constantly off balance. They’re kept off-balance with a constant string of “micro balance breaks”. To truly understand how it works you have to understand its core principles:

Work Smarter Not Harder

Tossing people to the floor in Muay Thai feels great …and there IS a time and a place for it, but that’s not what this system is all about.

This is the thing: If I try hard to toss an opponent to the floor he’ll either defend the throw and keep his balance (and I’ll have to think of something else) OR he’ll actually hit the floor. …in either scenario, afterwards he has a chance to reset and get back to his gameplan. I don’t want him ever getting back to his gameplan.

Make Your Opponents Panic in “Survival Mode”

The point isn’t to toss your opponent to the floor. The point is to make him completely throw away his gameplan and change his goal to one thing: survival. The key to doing that is to break your opponent’s balance only a little (using a “micro balance break”) so that he can fight to recover his posture. That’s what I want.

I actually need him to recover his posture in the clinch for this to work.

Once he recovers his posture I break his balance again… and again …and again. (I’m landing strikes while he’s recovering his posture each time.) The whole point is to change his goal from fighting me in the clinch (where he’s trying to elbow, knee and throw me) and put him in this endless cycle of recovering his posture after it’s broken a little so that he never get’s a chance to even start an offense.

Keep the Fight “One Sided”

The Micro Balance Breaking System is based on forcing a situation where I’m the only one hitting. That’s how I land elbows and knees with total confidence and that’s how I get the KO.

Making Your Clinch Their Nightmare

You can probably already think of a few ways to break your opponent’s balance in specific clinch situations. With these specific scenarios your opponent obviously isn’t going to get the same position back when he recovers his posture. He’s going to end up in a different position. That’s why I have micro balance breaks from every clinch position. ..and what’s even better is that we now have the ability to dictate what position he goes into next when he starts to get his posture back ….that’s what this whole Micro Balance Breaking System is about. It’s about making sure that every time you fight or spar and you clinch somebody it’s like you’re picking them up and dropping them in the center of a maze ..where every turn they take is the wrong one! That’s what I’ve been doing my whole career, that’s what I’ve taught my fighters, and the proof is in the pudding

Make Sure NOBODY Can Manhandle You

Remember: Muay Thai is not the same as kickboxing. If your clinch game is weak in Muay Thai then you run the risk of feeling powerless in the ring every time your opponent grabs you. That leaves the door open to you getting walked all over in a fight. Make sure you check out the full Micro Balance Breaking System. If you’re serious about elevating your clinch game, then I promise that you need this.

REAL WORLD FEEDBACK FROM THE MICRO BB SYSTEM

(I’M HAPPY TO PUT YOU IN TOUCH WITH ANY OF THESE PEOPLE)

I felt like I improved and learned something every single time I trained

“Chike Lindsay is a world-class trainer. He is truly invested in his students and gives each student instruction specifically tailored to their level and skill. When I first started training with Chike Lindsay, I had absolutely no background in Muay Thai or any other martial art. Chike was a very patient instructor and did an incredible job teaching the fundamentals. I could tell that he truly cared about my performance and wanted to see me move to the next level. I felt like I improved and learned something every single time I trained with him. He even took his personal time to answer my questions and offer advice. Chike’s passion for Muay Thai is contagious. If you are serious about improving your skills as fighter, I highly recommend learning from Chike Lindsay.”

Jessica Fuller, Muay Thai Student

This is all the same stuff that Chike taught me to win my Muay Thai championship title

“Great videos! This looks really familiar :)… this is all the same stuff that Chike taught me to win my Muay Thai championship title. I’m just glad I’m retired for now so nobody can use it on me! lol

I first approached Chike to get personal training classes over 10 years ago, so I could get better at Muay Thai and he said yes. I paid attention to everything he taught me and I got better. I trained hard and because of the way he saw Muay Thai and his knowledge of the art of fighting, I was given skills on the art of Muay Thai very few people get to discover. As the years progressed, I lost weight, gained knowledge on how to fight all because of my training with him. I eventually dropped to 145lbs where I would fight in my amateur career. I retired undefeated and even won a title! Muay thai will forever be a part of me and this is hugely in part due to the training I’ve had under Kru Chike.”

Paul Tran, Muay Thai Champ

No Kru or coach breaks down Muay Thai like Chike Lindsay

“Chike Lindsay’s instruction is always functional and technical. When he explains a technique he breaks each movement down in steps. The details in these steps make such a big difference especially in the clinch where position and leverage is so important. I have trained in gyms across the Southeast as I travel for business and no Kru or coach breaks down Muay Thai like Chike Lindsay.”

John Lutz, Amateur Fighter

I owe my clinch to Chike’s awesome instruction

“Training with Chike you become humble very quickly. Yet with 4 years of wrestling in high school and college I was sure I would frustrate Chike by holding his head down in the clinch. Well that didn’t work out. Because Chike showed me quickly clinching is not perfected and implemented with pure strength. Hip placement, Forearm placement and hand placement are all instrumental in clinching. By using proper form he showed me a 155 pound fighter could out clinch a 220 pound fighter when executed properly. To me, clinching is essential to fighting. Escaping clinch, transitioning to offensive maneuvers from clinch are the most underutilized and exciting elements of Muay Thai. Only one place to learn all of it…Chike Lindsay! I owe my success in the ring to my clinch and I owe my clinch to Chike’s awesome instruction.”

Art Miller, 2008 Extreme Fight Night Champion

WHAT OTHER INDUSTRY EXPERTS THOUGHT OF THE ONLINE COURSE AND THE SYSTEM’S APPROACH

Robel Kebede, Amateur Muay Thai Champion

“I can’t say enough good things about training under Chike. He has an uncanny ability to explain even the most intricate of techniques to almost anyone and have them fully grasp what it is they are supposed to do and how to get it done. He directs your training in a way that you can’t help but develop a solid foundation to see you through any aspect of Muay Thai.“

Mock Abdelaal, Trainer, U.S. Army Veteran, and MMA & Muay Thai Fighter

“I have trained with Chike for about 4 years. Throughout that time he has consistently kept me challenged both physically and mentally while learning Muay Thai. As I progressed in my knowledge of the sport Chike made the lessons more and more technical, which made me a better athlete. I think Chike is a great teacher and can be extremely helpful to beginners and experts wanting to improve their Muay Thai.!”

Alim Bolton, Professional Muay Thai Fighter

“I used to train with a Muay Thai instructor who kept telling me about how good Chike was at teaching and practicing Muay Thai. When my instructor moved I joined Chike and won my first fight and then every fight after that. Like Bruce Lee’s Dad, I will be bringing my boys to train under Chike as I have not found a more well rounded trainer to date. From exercising to utilizing technique he gives his students the perfect way.“

This System IS NOT For You If…

1. You believe in magic

In Muay Thai, hard work is not optional.

The Micro Balance Breaking System and all the bonuses I’m offering you aren’t some magical online spell that’s going to make you into a superstar with no work at all.

Nothing can do that.

What it IS going to do is accelerate your results like crazy if you’re actually putting in the work to apply the lessons and make them muscle memory.

2. You don’t truly respect Muay Thai

I don’t teach kickboxing and I don’t teach striking.

I teach Muay Thai.

You can never get to the level of depth to be truly skilled at Muay Thai unless you open yourself to the WHOLE ART. Even if your ultimate goal is MMA and not necessarily ONLY Muay Thai then you’ll still never become truly skilled unless you accept and are willing to truly learn each art individually.

Jacare Souza dominates on the ground with true Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, not “grappling for MMA.”

In his prime Anderson Silva dominated on the feet with TRUE Muay Thai, not “striking for MMA.

…see the connection?

3. You’re not willing to play chess instead of checkers.

Some people just want to bang. They don’t want to think too much; they just want to get out there and hit people. That’s not what I do and that’s not what I teach.

I teach you to stay 4 and 5 moves ahead of your opponent at all times.

I beleive have to hit hard, you have to be tough, and you have to FIGHT SMART. If you’re into the first two, but you don’t want to learn how to do the last one, then this isn’t for you.

Answers To Your Questions

Why was this AskChike Course created?

I’ve fought legends like Somluck Khamsing, Yodsanklai Fairtex, Malaipet Sasiprapa, and Matee “Dragon Leg” Jedeepitak (beating all of them except Yod). I’ve learned a lot of tips and secrets from my experience and I know that all of the knowledge I’ve learned in the clinch is what a lot of people are especially interested in.

I want to share these clinch secrets with as many people as possible.

My mission is to spread all of my fight experience and knowledge to as many passionate practitioners as I can so that we all can improve as one whole community

Being a great fighter and being a great instructor are two different things. How can I be sure you’re a great instructor?
Watch some free instructional vids on my youtube channel (https://youtu.be/GFVMBgeKdis) today and see for yourself how much detail I put into breaking down every concept in order to get you to the next level.
Will I become an amazing fighter in a very fast time without any effort?

No. You will have to put in hours of hard work even with the right strategy probably for many years. I can help you with great information but you will get the results you deserve. Nobody can magically transfer skills into you unless you put in the work and energy required.

Can This Work for all Muay Thai practitioners?

No.  This only works for the ones who are willing to practice. The concepts I teach might work a little if you just watch the videos (and maybe shadow box them one time), but real training yields real results.  That doesn’t mean you need to go crazy and train 5 or 6 days a week for it to work.  That also doesn’t mean you need to kill yourself in 3 hour sessions every time you hit the gym.  A normal amount of training is fine as long as it’s done seriously.  Muay Thai practitioners who practice seriously so that they can internalize the lessons will be the ones who really see the benefits.

Do I need to Buy Any Special Gear for This to Work?

No. Clinching requires no gear at all so neither does the Micro BB clinching system.

Does This System Work for Females?
The Micro BB system is based on breaking your opponent’s balance using leverage, not strength.  On top of that the system is based on breaking their balance only a little (not throwing them to the ground).  For this reason it’s perfect for both men and women alike of any size (big, small, medium, etc).
Is The Micro BB System Hard to Follow?

No.  I made sure that when I developed this system I made it as easy to understand as possible.  The whole system is separated into clearly organized and progressive video lessons so that you can easily follow along and go back to review whenever you’d like

How Long Does it Take to Get Access to Course?

You get instant access.  As soon as you sign up you can dive right in.

How Soon Can I Expect to See Results?

You get out what you put in.  The Micro BB System just accelerates that, but you still need to train seriously.  Results vary based on how hard you train, but most people training clinch 3 days a week while focusing on the video lessons feel a difference in free clinching (or clinch sparring) within the first 2 weeks.

60 Day No Questions Asked Money-Back Guarantee

This stuff works. I’ve invested years in perfecting this Muay Thai clinch system. Thousands of people have gotten results. You will too.

That being said, the online course comes with a full 60-day money-back guarantee. If you’re disappointed for whatever reason, you’ll get every cent back and it’s free for you.
