Get access to hundreds of instructional videos in the training database (updated weekly) and connect with other students all around the world to share your experiences and get personalized advice. This is ideal for you if you have asked yourself these questions:
- How can I become the best in the ring?
- How can I train smarter not harder?
- How can I learn the most effective techniques that suit my body type and physical ability?
- How can I turn my passion into profit through Muay Thai?
Whether you are a complete novice, advanced fighter, or anything in between, the Ask Chike Members Area is loaded with high value training to get answers. One of the biggest obstacles in training is when you hear a technique explained, see it demonstrated, and still just don’t “get it”. I fix that! I’ve broken down everything I know — everything I’ve learned from years of fighting at the highest level — to an extreme level of detail and organized it in clear and easy to follow steps. You give me your best effort and I guarantee you’ll “get it” and hit a whole other level. We also have an Action Accountability section where you can post monthly progress reports and have direct interaction / help with others. How do you know if Ask Chike’s right for you?…
- If you are not seeing the results that you know are possible
- If you can’t find a balance for hard training without over-training
- If you are playing too small a game
- If you are confused about what to do
- If you have tried techniques that fell short
- If you like your gym and your instructors, but feel like you need an extra “boost” to get to the next level
- If you keep going through instructors and not getting anywhere
- If you are already good and you want to lift performance
- If you want direct access to Chike Lindsay

As you probably already know: Muay Thai is a arguably the most practical and effective martial art in the world. Developed in Thailand it uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. The discipline is often nicknamed the “the art of eight limbs” because it combines the use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins.
You can find the following techniques and more in the instructional video database of the Members Area. The difference is that I don’t just show you how to do moves; I show you when to do them, what strategies to use to lay traps / make them work, and how I’ve been successful with them in all of my international fights against elite competition.
