  • If you are not seeing the results that you know are possible
  • If you can’t find a balance for hard training without over-training
  • If you are playing too small a game
  • If you are confused about what to do
  • If you have tried techniques that fell short
  • If you like your gym and your instructors, but feel like you need an extra “boost” to get to the next level

As you probably already know: Muay Thai is a arguably the most practical and effective martial art in the world. Developed in Thailand it uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. The discipline is often nicknamed the “the art of eight limbs” because it combines the use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins.

You can find the following techniques and more in the instructional video database of the Members Area.  The difference is that I don’t just show you how to do moves; I show you when to do them, what strategies to use to lay traps / make them work, and how I’ve been successful with them in all of my international fights against elite competition.

I started training muay thai in 2005 almost a decade ago, and when I first started I wanted to study a martial art that could actually be utilized in real life. I found Kru Chike at a local gym in downtown Atlanta. The gym was in the basement of an old abandoned city hall, smelt of sweat, and looked like a place where Rocky Balboa would train. When I first started training I was over 200 lbs. I was out of shape and in bad health. I had let myself go. I started muay thai in the hopes of finding myself and getting my health back. It was a journey I wanted to take to better myself. I approached Chike to get personal training classes, so I could get better at muay thai and he said yes. I paid attention to everything he taught me and I got better. I trained hard and because of the way he saw muay thai and his knowledge of the art of fighting, I was given skills on the art of muay thai very few people get to discover. As the years progressed, I lost weight, gained knowledge on how to fight all because of my training with him. I eventually dropped to 145lbs where I would fight in my amateur career. I retired undefeated and even won a title! Muay thai will forever be a part of me and this is hugely in part due to the training I’ve had under Kru Chike. Paul Tran

Chike Lindsay is a world-class trainer. He is truly invested in his students and gives each student instruction specifically tailored to their level and skill. When I first started training with Chike Lindsay, I had absolutely no background in Muay Thai or any other martial art. Chike was a very patient instructor and did an incredible job teaching the fundamentals. I could tell that he truly cared about my performance and wanted to see me move to the next level. I felt like I improved and learned something every single time I trained with him. He even took his personal time to answer my questions and offer advice. Chike’s passion for Muay Thai is contagious. If you are serious about improving your skills as fighter, I highly reccomend learning from Chike Lindsay. Jessica Fuller

I can’t say enough good things about training under Chike. He has an uncanny ability to explain even the most intricate of techniques to almost anyone and have them fully grasp what it is they are supposed to do and how to get it done. He directs your training in a way that you can’t help but develop a solid foundation to see you through any aspect of Muay Thai. Robel

I used to train with a Muay Thai instructor who kept telling me about how good Chike was at teaching and practicing Muay Thai. When my instructor moved I joined Chike and won my first fight and then my second. Like Bruce Lee’s Dad, I will be bringing my boys to train under Chike as I have not found a more well rounded trainer to date. From exercising to utilizing technique he gives his students the perfect way. Alim Bolton

I have trained with Chike for about 4 years. Throughout that time he has consistently kept me challenged both physically and mentally while learning Muay Thai. As I progressed in my knowledge of the sport Chike made the lessons more and more technical, which made me a better athlete. I think Chike is a great teacher and can be extremely helpful to beginners and experts wanting to improve their Muay Thai. Mock

I’ve been a long time student of Chike Lindsay’s and it’s been my pleasure to learn from a fighter of his caliber. Chike’s classes not only get you in shape, as he puts you though the same hellish workout he has to endure himself when he prepares for a fight, but he also teaches you how to fight by breaking down every minute detail of Muay Thai and explain, step by step, how one should properly do a technique and under which circumstances one should use it in a fight. This mental approach to the game is what separates Chike’s instructions from others because anyone can work you out, but only the very best can impart their battle tested wisdom to their students.
